PS: Don't worry a crazy amount about how "professional" your application looks. You're pitching a story to another creative, not selling a business pitch!
Production Logistics
You’ll have as much or as little creative control as you want over casting and edits! However you may not cast yourself. I expect clear communication and 4 day response times at the latest. That shouldn't be treated as a hard rule, just something to keep in mind.A cover for the release will be drawn by me or somebody I choose within a certain budget under normal circumstances. However, if you intend to draw the cover yourself that will also work. You may also pick an artist or come up with a cover plan that exceeds the budget but you will have to cover any amount over the budget in the resulting commission cost.
Post Release
The video will be posted to only my channel. However this is negotiable depending on the circumstances. In the event that my channel is monetized, 75% of the revenue from the upload will go to you. However the revenue has to be big enough for Youtube to actually give it to me before you receive a payout.
Formatting
Font size should be 11 with 1.15 spacing, font itself isn’t particularly important as long as it’s readable. I format scripts with stage directions and character names centered. Lines themselves are aligned on the left. Keep in mind this isn’t “the industry standard”, just what I find to be easiest to read and write. Stage directions should be focused on audio details. Visual details are difficult to communicate and should only be included for the sake of the cover art or as direction for VAs. Here is an example.

FAQ
I will act as a script editor once you submit the google doc, however in most cases you are not required to use my feedback. Comments should be interpreted as suggestions more than anything else.
Spinbow Archive has not and never will use any form of generative AI. Voices are done by real voice actor, covers by real artists, editing done by me, and sound effects from a real sound effect library.
You can participate in this program more than once as long as it’s not the second time in a row within a 3 month period of you submitting your first completed script. You can also do a sequel to your first entry, though you can only have a max of 3 entries in a series.
You may not base your story on a Spinbow series. However, a story based on something you've written is perfectly fine.
You may also apply jointly as co-authors of one story. Just write two Discord handles, social media links, and names in the google form. Any more than two isn’t advised, but this is negotiable.
I will only be accepting and working on 1-2 entries at a time, so it may be anywhere from 1 day to 3 months before you hear back depending on my circumstances. It's rare that an application is outright rejected unless I suspect it to be AI generated, it might just take me some time to get to it.
Your story will most likely be released on a Saturday or Sunday at 12pm EST.

Burst Wave | Written by Morgan Alexandria | February 8th 2025
A story penned by me to get things started. Revolves around a dystopian future where people have so little tolerance and empathy for other people they choose to purchase planets all to themselves to live an idealized but impractical life.Final Product | Script
Balatro Fatete PILOT | Written by ArtcepS | March 15th 2025
A pilot meant for a Balatro audio series that unfortunately didn’t go into full production but serves as an interesting hint to what could’ve been revolving around Jimbo and Blueprint exploring a different dimension filled with jokers inhabiting locales across different dimensions suited to their personalities. Note this was created before the “not based on any pre-existing IP” rule was made.Final Product | Script
